｜Return Instructions

◉Due to the high cost of international shipping, we are UNABLE to offer returns once a package has been shipped. Please consider carefully before placing your order.

◉Overseas orders will be thoroughly inspected and packed before the product is shipped. Please buy with confidence.

◉If you receive any defective product, please send us an unboxing video within 10 days. If the defect is determined to be non-human, money will be refunded to the account you provided.

｜Tariff Instructions

◉Each country has its own import tariff regulations. When the package arrives in the receiving country, each country approves import duties based on the type and value of the goods, independent of the mode of transport used.

◉Customs in each country may conduct random checks on packages to verify that the goods are subject to duties and surcharges. Based on the results of the checks, the recipient will be informed whether customs duties are payable.

◉When a package is inspected by customs, duties and additional charges will be borne by the recipient. If the recipient does not wish to pay, the loss of the package being destroyed or returned, as well as the handling, tax, storage and shipping fees incurred during the delivery process, will be deducted from the original payment amount prior to refund.

◉The recipient must comply with the import regulations and restrictions of the recipient's country/region; otherwise, the recipient will be responsible for any legal issues.

｜Invoicing Instructions

◉According to the Taiwan Business Tax Law, zero-rated invoices can be issued for exported goods. Therefore, We must submit the invoice to the National Tax Bureau for inspection, so the invoice will not be attached to the package shipped abroad.

◉However, we will include a shipping list in the package for the consumer to check that the items sent match the actual contents received.

◉If you have a request related to invoices, please indicate it on your order or send a letter to our email address. The customer service department will assist you.
