RETURN POLICY

Consumers have the right to a seven-day appreciation period (the appreciation period is not a trial period).

If you receive the package, please record the entire process when unpacking it, and if the product is not satisfactory in any way,

please don't open for use and return immediately as instructed below.

|RETURN STANDARD

1.To protect your rights, please VIDEO the entire process when unpacking. If the product is not to your liking, or has errors, defects, damages, or shortages, please apply for return within 7 days (including holidays).

2.If there is NO video evidence, we will decide whether to accept the return application depending on your proof and the degree of damage of the product.

3.Always return the product in its original, unopened condition, with invoices, accessories, packaging, gifts, warranties and any accompanying documentation or information intact, without losing any accessories or damaging the product itself.

4.The following circumstances may AFFECT your return rights:

❖Damage or remove product packaging, seals, labels, tags and adhesives without affecting the inspection of the product.

❖The goods are not in new condition due to intentional or negligent factors, such as moisture, scratches, drops, etc.

❖Products will not be returned with accompanying invoices, documents, lists, gifts, etc.

❖The goods or packaging have been damaged due to excessive inspection or other causes attributable to the Buyer.

❖The opportunity to inspect the product before you receive it has been provided.

❖The return request exceeds the 7-day appreciation period.

5.If you find that the tea is in bad quality or has damage not caused by you after you open the product, please contact us as soon as possible, thank you!


|RETURN NOTES

1.When sending products back, please be sure to fill in the correct recipient information. If we don't receive the products due to your negligence, you will be responsible for any shipping costs or losses incurred in re-sending the package.

2.If the original carton has been lost, please use another carton to package the product. Please DON'T stick paper or write directly on the product packaging.

3.The invoices, gifts, documents, coupons, etc. that accompany the goods are an important basis for accepting returns, so please keep them in a safe place.

4.Please keep in touch with us during the return process. If you cannot be contacted because of obvious problems with the information provided, your application will be cancelled.

5.The used coupons will no longer be valid after the completion of the checkout process, so please note that the coupons cannot be retrieved after the return request is established.

6.Please TAKE the initiative to obtain a receipt from the shipping staff and RETAIN it until the return is completed for future reference.

7.Please note that we DON'T provide exchange service. If you need to exchange the product, please return it first and then place a new order.

8.In case of incomplete wrapping or serious crushing of products:

Step 1:Please tell the convenience store clerk or shipping person that you need to take pictures of the condition of the product.

Step 2:Refuse to sign and receive the goods.

(※Please note that if the superintendent signs on your behalf, it is also considered as your consent to sign.)

Step 3:Contact us from Monday to Friday at 9:00 to 17:00.

Step 4:We will confirm and negotiate with the logistics company, and arrange for subsequent reshipment or refund.


|REFUND NOTES

1.Upon receipt of the return, the staff will first check and ensure the integrity of the goods and if there are no problems, the refund operation will begin immediately.

2.If you pay by credit card, we will refund the amount to the credit card account you paid with.

(※The actual refund date may vary depending on the issuing bank.)

3If you use ATM transfer / online transfer / cash on delivery, we offer refunds by transfer, please contact us between 9:00 and 17:00 Monday to Friday with the refund information of the order purchaser or recipient.

4.Please fill out the refund information you provided correctly and check it carefully. If the information provided is incorrect and the money is transferred to someone else, we will not be held responsible and no refund will be made again.
