1.Home delivery:

It takes about 3~5 business days after shipment (excluding holidays and national holidays). In case of holidays, natural disasters and other force majeure factors, delivery time will depend on the logistics company.

1.Home delivery:
It takes about 3~5 business days to arrive after shipment, if there is a change of vessel schedule, the arrival date will depend on the shipping company.
2.In-store pickup at convenience stores:
It takes about 3~7 business days to arrive after shipment, if there is a change of vessel schedule, the arrival date will depend on the shipping company.
｜CONVENIENCE STORE PICKUP NOTES
1.When the product is delivered to the designated store, the system will send a text message to your phone notifying delivery, so be sure to leave your correct phone number.
（※Remind you! If you set your phone to reject the advertisement SMS or similar function, the SMS may not be sent successfully.）
2.Consumers who choose convenience store pickup without payment must carry ID of the person who ordered the products so that their identity can be verified at the store.
3.When picking up your order at the convenience store, please make sure that the ORDERER'S NAME matches your ID card, as you will not be able to change your name after the shipment is made.
｜DELIVERY NOTES
1.After the order is placed, we will send the package out within 1 to 3 business days upon confirmation of payment, plus shipping time,which is the actual package arrival time.
2.Home delivery:The actual delivery time is subject to the route arranged by the driver. Please make sure someone is home to sign for the package when it arrives.
3.In-store pickup at convenience stores:Please pay attention to the arrival SMS and pick up the goods within seven days after arrival. Please don't fail to pick up the goods without reason, if any cost of shipping loss will be borne by the customer.
4.If you refuse to pay for the loss of shipping costs due to non-pickup, we will refuse your purchase.
5.If you find the package incomplete or serious crush damage, please refuse to sign for it and tell the convenience store clerk or shipping staff that you need to take pictures of the condition of the product and then contact us between 9:00 and 17:00, Monday to Friday.
